All prices listed on Open Challenge are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors prior to dispatch.

2. Order Placement and Verification

Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Razorpay are subject to confirmation. In instances of inaccurate contact details or unserviceable pincodes, we reserve the right to cancel the order with prompt notification to the buyer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Parcels are dispatched promptly from Akola, Maharashtra via Indian Post or verified logistics partners. Delivery transit times may vary depending on local post office serviceability.

4. Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your purchases from Open Challenge shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Akola, Maharashtra.
